KOM Signs

RPM Car Care hosted the most lucrative King of the Mountains competition in the Midwest at this years Le Tour de Ste. Genevieve, on Sunday, June 12, 2011. We awarded prizes 3 deep in each category where payouts apply for the King of the Mountains competition.

Cash Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Every Category

Winner of Each Category Wins Custom KOM Jersey (Very Cool!) Provided by RPM Car Care

Prizes distributed based on a 3, 2, 1 point system. The first racer to reach the top of the KOM climb gets 3 points, second racer gets 2 points, and the third racer gets, yep, you guessed it 1 point. If their is 2 or 3 laps, it will be the total combination of the points throughout the race. Example: If you got 1st place on the first lap and 3rd place on the second lap you will have a total of 4 points. If there is a tie then which ever rider crosses the finish line first, gets the prize.

In addition to the KOM competition, RPM Car Care has agreed to provide the following for all Missouri State Championship Road Race / Le Tour de Ste. Genevieve competitors this year. Everyone who enters is eligible for:
  • FreeVehicle Road Trip Inspection
  • Save on routine maintenance such as oil changes
  • Up to 20% discounts on Vehicle Service
