Again I have to thank you and commend your staff for the superb job they did on my Saab.  A top notch team and, as always, a top notch job.  You always go above and beyond to take care of your customers; no matter how big or small the job is.  It’s very comforting to know the work will be done right the first time.  You take care of what needs to be taken care of and don’t try to push things on people they don’t need.  It’s always a pleasure doing business with you…the world needs more people like you; a businessman with a human touch.  I will be a customer for life.  Thanks Rudi for keeping me rolling….Wendy
